Cathy Marie Jacklin-Phillips, 62 of Hemet, California died on Sunday, October 29, 2017, at her residence in Hemet, California , Cathy was born, May 21, 1955 in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of the late John Mihalic and late mother Agnes Valasek.
1n 1995 she married the love of her life James Allan Phillips, who she did not have any children with because the couple enjoyed their company of their animals so much that they were both happy without any.
Cathy was a lovable, adventurous, happy, and helpful, and amazing woman, who loved animals and sky diving. Before her passing she had 1,200 jumps in her life and had raised 32 service dogs. She was not a typical woman, she was unique, and was loved by everyone she touched. Not only was she amazingly giving but she was a dog trainer and Puppy Raiser for Canine Companions for Independence. Cathy was loved by every one that was part of her life, she will definitely be missed.
