Cecilia Sullivan, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on Thursday, March 10, 2016, at Hemet Valley Medical Center in Hemet, California. She was 85 years old. Born September 8, 1930 in Los Angeles, California, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Caroline McAfee Turchi, and was the wife of Joe Robert Sullivan, who passed on March 20, 2011. Cecilia loved to shop, was very social, and she liked to knit sweaters for the family. She loved the beach, and vacationed with her husband and children in Oceanside for many years. She and her husband loved dachshunds, and they owned many throughout her life. Cecilia is best described as loving, family oriented and a bit feisty- something she contributed to her Italian heritage. She will be sorely missed by those who knew and loved her.
Surviving Cecilia are her brother Lewis Joseph Turchi, children Brett Sullivan and Erin Hinojosa, and grandchildren Kendra, Kate and Kyle.
