Born Thursday, June 4, 1959, he was the son of the late James Raub and Alice Schiele Miller.
He had a masters degree and worked as a Respiratory Specialist.
Surviving are his mother and step-father, Alice and Jim Miller, daughter, Jordan Megan Raub, uncle, Jack Miller, and aunt, Joann Couston.
A Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday at Miller-Jones Mortuary & Crematory located at 26855-A Jefferson Ave Murrieta, California 92562.
