He was born on Friday, January 6, 1939 in Sweetwater, Texas, he was the son of the late Norman Welch and the late Oval Kearney Welch. He was the husband of Patsy Coutee Welch.
Surviving are son, Steven Welch, daughter, Danielle Welch.
A Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 AM on Friday August 4, 2017 at St. Francis Catholic Church located at 4268 Lime Street Riverside, California 92501. Interment will be in Crestlawn Memorial Park, Riverside, CA.
