Denise Lacy Purvis was born on December 18th, 1962 and passed away in her home after an arduous battle with cancer on July 9th, 2015. She will be joining her brother Greg, mother Carol, and father Gary in heaven along with her favorite cat Smudge and dog Sammy. She is survived by her husband Cliff and son Brandon, her brothers Gary and Keith, her sister Lasondra, as well as her mother Colleen. Denise worked for many years for the County of Riverside where she was a supervisor in the Child Social Services Department. She was also an avid fan of all things reading, especially romance novels.
