

Dennis Keith Nyberg was born in September 21, 1955, to Keith and Delores Nyberg in Iowa City, Iowa. He was the eldest of two children. Dennis and his sister Kimberly Kay were raised mostly in Las Vegas Nevada, and he graduated from Cashman high school in 1973 and attended UNLV for a short time studying cobalt computer programing and political science. As he grew up, Denis formed hobbies around model RC airplanes, riding motorcycles, playing the guitar and singing. He met the love of his life, Suzanne, in 1992 at church but got to know her through a singles group. Soon they started dating and they married August 7, 1999. It was then that he gained 2 step children, Jason and Corina, he later gained grandchildren Andrew, Dorian, Ayanna, Eden, and Julian, and great grandchildren Deric, Lincoln, Elena and Cruz.
Dennis made his career as a custom window design professional. He was appreciated for his craftsmanship and creativity. He retired from his career in 2012.
Dennis was a charter member of Hope in the Valley Baptist Church, he served on the worship team for more than 10 years, sang in the choir, served children in AWANA, ran the sound board and acted in dramas. He also sang with the Hemet harmonizers, a community barbershop group.
Dennis became a Christian at the age of 7 years old. He is remembered as a Faithful Christian man who was loyal, dependable and an active learner. He thought the words to songs were so important that he would investigate the theology and meaning of songs he sang at church as he didn’t want to do a disservice to the Lord or the Good News. Dennis went home to be with the Lord on November 9, 2025, after a long illness. He is survived by his wife of 26 years Suzanne, his sister Kimberly, His step children Jason and Corina, 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren
