

Donna was born on August 17, 1953 in Fairmont, Minnesota to Donald and Shirley Anderson. She had two siblings, Steve and Linda.
In 1961, they moved to California where Donna resided the remainder of her life. Donna went to West High School and also took vocational classes at Southern California Regional Occupational Center and graduated in 1970.
After high school, Donna met Jim Ammons and they later married in October 1971. They had three children, Tamara, Teresa, and Tina. Donna devoted her life to caring for her family. Donna loved music, laughing, and thought really highly about her joke telling. She often said she should become a comedian because she was so funny. One of Donna's favorite artists to listen to was Elvis Presley.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Shirley Anderson, and her sister, Linda Anderson-Montanez. She is survived by her brother, Steve; daughters, Tamara, Teresa, and Tina; six grandchildren, Brittani, Jimmy, Teana, Leilani, Kylie, and Josh; four nieces, one nephew, and one great-granddaughter. Donna loved her family very much and was proud of their accomplishments.
