Dr. John Haynes
Passed away on Sunday, June 1, 2014 in Temecula, California. He was born on June 15, 1956 in Granite City, Illinois to Robert and Almeta Haynes.
John practiced medicine for the past 25 years. He had his last practice in Sun City, California since 1989 and retired in 2011. John loved history, the St Louis Cardinals, the beach and traveling.
John is survived by his wife, Patrice: his sons, John and Christopher; his siblings, Richard and Cheryl Haynes and his mother Almeta.
There will be a memorial service on Monday, June 9, 2014 at 11am at Cornerstone Community Church, 34570 Monte Vista Dr., Wildomar, California 92595.
