Elva Guadalupe Franco, affectionately called Lupe 44 of Perris, CA went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 26, 2012, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on Wednesday, August 16, 1967 in Los Angles CA to Marcelino and Elvira Castillo . She was the loving wife of Ralph Robert Franco for 21 wonderful years. Lupe worked for a short time for the Val Verde School District. Most of her life she spent dedicated to the care of her family. Lupe was a faithful member of Calvary Chapel of Perris; She loved working with the youth. On Sunday morning she would teach Sunday School. She was a loving, devoted, a passionate person who will forever be loved and never forgotten. Lupe is survived by her husband, Ralph Robert Franco; children, Adrianna Franco, Andrew Franco and Alisha Franco; parents Marcelino and Elvira Castillo, sisters, Leticia Olivas and Luz Castillo and many other family members and friends.
