Felix E. Romo

Felix E. Romo, 88 of Hemet, California passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2013, at Menifee Valley Medical Center in Sun City, California. Felix was born Saturday, February 7, 1925, he was the son of the late Felix Romo and the late Mary Lou Estrada Romo. Felix loved life. His family would say that Felix was generous, hardworking, a conversationalist, humorous and a very giving man.

He was a member of Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church. Felix was an avid reader. He enjoyed family barbeques.

Surviving are sons, Felix R. Romo Jr. and Steven Romo, daughters, Sylvia Viramontes, Cynthia Irwin, Corinne Macias and Denise Guzman and a sister; Nettie Barron,19 grand children; 30 great grand children and 1 great great grandchild.

The family will receive friends from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM on Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at Miller-Jones Mortuary Hemet, 1501 West Florida Avenue, Hemet, California.

A Funeral service will be at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church located at 780 S. State Street Hemet, California 92543 with the Father Clement Uchendu officiating. Interment will be in Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, CA. on May 28, 2013 at 1:01 PM. father James Vedro will officiate.
