Herbert Douglas Christensen, age 91 of Menifee, California died on Sunday, June 8, 2014, in Escondido, California. Born Wednesday, July 5, 1922 in Hemet, California, he was the son of the late Hans Christensen and the late Zora McGrath Christensen.
Surviving are his loving wife, Mary Christensen; sons, Steven (Kristin) Christensen and Martin Christensen; brother, Kyle Christensen; sister, Christine Hill; 3 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.
A funeral service will be at 10:00 AM on Monday, June 16th in the San Jacinto Valley Cemetery located at 2555 South Santa Fe Street, San Jacinto, California.
