Frank, as he was known, served his country in the United States Navy. He enjoyed gardening, woodworking, and animals. He was a Masonic Lodge member in Adak, Alaska, Lodge 14, and a member of the Shriners.
He is survived by his children, Cynthia Lovell, Sherri Herzog, Frankie Lovell, and Jennifer Lovell; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
There will be a visitation at Miller-Jones Mortuary 26770 Murrieta Rd., Menifee, Ca 92586 on Saturday, May 29, 2021, from 10 am-11 am, with a chapel service to follow at 11 am.
Interment will be private at Riverside National Cemetery.
