Irene Devita Ward, age 58; passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2015, in San Jacinto, California surrounded by her beloved family. She was born on January 2, 1957 in Greenwood, Missouri. She was the youngest of 14 siblings. For over 25 years Irene worked in the healthcare profession as a Nurse. Her hobbies included cooking, listening to Gospel music, reading the Bible, shopping and taking trips to the casinos. She loved tending to her bird, Mamie.
Irene leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Donald Ray Florence Sr.; daughter, Sonya Ward; son, Donald Florence Jr.; four step-children Clarice Florence, Donna Florence; siblings, Rose Ward, Jimmy Ward, Anabelle White, Ruthie Rhodes, and Alberta Cornell; thirteen grandchildren as well as a host of family and friends.
Preceding Irene in death is her beloved mother, Rosa Lee Ward and son, Corie Ward.
