James Theodore Wilbanks, age 85, of Sun City, California, passed away on Thursday, July 17, 2014. He was born Tuesday, November 13, 1928, in Martin, Tennessee; he was the son of the late B Wilbanks and the late Annie McClain Wilbanks.
James is survived by his loving daughter, Susan Perkins, of Indianapolis, IN.
