James William Biggs passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 3, 2016 in Sun City, California; he was born on January 1, 1925 in Salt Fork, Oklahoma to the late Johnny and Mary (Dayton) Biggs.
James was a plastering contractor for 30 years. He served his country in the Army during WWII.
He is survived by his sons, Ronald and Richard; his brother Donald Biggs and Sister Eva Brown.
