

Jasmine Camille Hughes, came into the world, August 17th 1988, along with her twin brother Justin Wilson. They were delivered at Osteopathic Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania- to Mother, Lynne Arnette Harris and Father, Kenneth Scott Wilson.
Jasmine loved being with her family and friends. She enjoyed singing, dancing, writing songs, fashion , arts and crafts, rollerblading, photography, cooking and reading.
Jasmine was raised in Oceanside California. She attended Reynolds Elementary School, where she was honored and won a poetry contest.
Her english teacher loved Jasmine's poem so much, she submitted her poem to a Publishing House. And just like that, her poem became published. From 2002 to 2006 Jasmine attended Kubasaki High School in Okinawa,Japan . It was there, she met Kelvin Hughes. After graduating high school, Jasmine joined the military. The Air Force became her family for seven years. She loved being in the Air Force and serving her country. With intelligence, beauty and a loving giving heart, Jasmine made friends for life everywhere she traveled. She was true to her fire sign, "Leo." Never one to back down from a good debate- Jasmine's perspectives on most subjects made you re-think your own.
It was a love connection that brought Kelvin and Jasmine together in 2016. He was the love of her life. They were married February 2017. Jasmine's laughter and smile were infectious. Her beautiful eye's told the story of just how much she adored her son, K.J.born September 12, 2017.
Jasmine passed away on her birthday August 17, 2018. Our angel will forever remain in our hearts mind spirit and soul we love you Jasmine.
Surviving is her husband Kelvin Hughes Jr.; son Kelvin Yonel Hughes; brother Justin Wilson and sister Kristin Wilson.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, August 30, 2018, at Miller-Jones Mortuary - Perris, 1835 N Perris Blvd., Perris, California. A Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Friday at Miller-Jones Mortuary - Perris with interment to follow at Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, CA.
