Beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Great-Great Grandmother passed away on November 7, 2013 in Menifee CA at the age of 93. Jessie was born in Haskell Texas on October 11th 1920. She resided in Fresno CA for 48 years then moved to Homeland, California in 1993 to be near her Family. Jessie was married 58 Years to her loving husband Jess Woody Smiley, who passed in 2005.
Jessie is survived by daughter, Glenda Alleyne and husband John of Escondido CA, sons Max Rogers and wife Joyce of Anaheim Hills CA, Ben Rogers and wife Carol of Padre Island TX, Larry Rogers and wife Jan of Lubbock TX and Dewaine Smiley and wife April of Menifee CA. Jessie is also survived by three sisters, Dorothy Dolan of Arizona, and Jo Higgins and Sue Hensel of Texas. Jessie was blessed to have 16 Grand Children, 29 Great Grand Children and 10 Great-Great Grand Children.
The family states, "We all can take comfort knowing that Mom and Dad are now back together in eternal love."
