Jesus Chavez, age 91, of Nuevo, California, passed away, Sunday, September 1, 2019, in Moreno Valley, California. He was born on October 2, 1927 in Michoacán, Mexico to the late Refugio and Francisca Chavez.
Those left to cherish his memory are, children, Catalina Mendoza, Olivia Bermal, Israel Chavez, Maria Rangel, Rosa Maria Torres, Gustavo Chavez, Genny Gonzalez, Maria Concepcion Chavez, Bertha Pineda, Hortencia Segura and Refugio Chavez; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and a host of other family members and friends.
Arrangements are entrusted to Miller-Jones Mortuary, 23618 Sunnymead Blvd., Moreno Valley, California, where the family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Sunday, September 8, 2019. Funeral service will be held at St. James the Less Catholic Church at 10:00 AM on Monday, September 9, 2019. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, 966 N. Potrero Grande Drive, Rosemead, California.
