Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 28, 2012 in Sun City, California. He was born on July 25, 1931 in Cotija, Michoacan, Mexico to the late Camilo and Eulalia Sanchez.
John enjoyed reading, gardening and watching "angry" CNN news shows. He served in the National Guard and was a Deacon at St. Catherine's Catholic Church in Temecula.
John is survived by his wife Maria of Temecula; his children, Mia Barth, Mike (Kathy) Barth, Mark (Rebecca) Barth and Ruth Barth; his siblings, Jose, Eulalia, Maria de Jesus, Angela and Juan; four grandchildren.
