Florida at the age of 62. He was born in Fullerton, CA on April 19, 1949. He
graduated from Monrovia High School in 1967 and later worked for Santa Fe
Railroad as a brakeman, Master Conductor, Engineer and other positions within
the railroad. He lived many years in Lake Havasu City, Az and Needles, CA and
later moved to South Carolina. He had great interest in trains, motorcycles, and
reptiles. He moved to Florida in the 1990s to further pursue his career with
the railroad. He is survived by his sister Sharon Smith, his niece and nephews
Gayla Smith, Carl and Michael Smith, his step-sisters Kathryne Whitford, Patricia
Howlett, and step-brother John Merrill.
