

John Lloyd Peel, 72 of San Jacinto, California died on Monday, January 23, 2012, at his home surrounded by his family in San Jacinto, California . He was born on Sunday, May 28, 1939 in Inglewood , California and was the son of the late Ferril Peel and the late Luciel Hodge Peel. He was the son of the late Ferril Peel and the late Luciel (Hodge) Peel. John worked in the aerospace profession at Rockwell International for 30 years. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Fruitvale Ward. He loved to research genealogy and was always willing to help friends investigate their heritage. John enjoyed camping and often had the family in a tent out in the wilderness. He enjoyed hiking and camping and visited quite a few national parks including Yosemite. Once retired John enjoyed reading novels and enjoyed reading CIA/Spy novels. He loved to garden and plant vegetables. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 41 years Jelaire Peel.
Surviving sons are Morgan Peel of San Jacinto, CA, Jeffrey J. Peel, Jonathan E. Peel, Craig L. Peel and daughters, Michelle Solomita and Melissa Swainston, brothers, Thomas Peel, Roger Peel and Norman Peel, sister, Mary Allred.
