Jose Luis Payan Fuentes age 70 passed away on Sunday, February 27, 2022, in Moreno Valley, California. He was born January 17, 1956 in Chihuahua, Mexico. He was married to Guadalupe Payan for 52 years.
He is survived by his wife Guadalupe Payan and his children; Rosa & Raul, John & Gloria, Maria & Ramon , Lupe & Jose, Jose Luis Jr. & Britney, 16 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He will greatly be missed by all those that love him.
