Joseph is survived by his Mother, Essie Jones, brothers Kenneth (Anne), Ronald (Sylvia), nieces Leslie, Catherine, Sydney, and nephews Jeffrey, Justin, David.
Joseph was a Marine Corps veteran who served in South Vietnam, where he earned a Vietnam Service Medal with 2 stars, and a Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, and achieved the rank of Corporal.
