Mrs. Joyce Jean Settle was born on May 2, 1944 in Illinois to Mr. Goldbug Stringer and Mrs. Myrtle Stringer. Mrs. Settle passed away on October 31, 2014. Mrs. Settle leaves behind her sons Brian and Dan Settle and their families. Mrs. Settle and the memories shared will be cherished by those who were fortunate to have known her.
