Juliana Rubio Bowley, age 92, of Moreno Valley, California, passed away, Sunday, May 2, 2021, in Moreno Valley, California. She was born on August 17, 1928 in Batac, IIocos Norte, Philippines to the late Eugenio and Conception Rubio.
Those left to cherish her memory are children, Alan Bowley, Michael Bowley and Charles Bowley; 17 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and a host of other family members and friends. Juliana was preceded in death by her loving husband, Alfred Bowley and son, Richard Bowley.
Juliana will forever be loved and deeply missed.
