A young man, Justin loved to skate. Just give him a skateboard, a hat and then look out! Now he's skating in heaven. Just 17 years old, far too young in our eyes. God had his own plan, His will be done not ours. As hard as it is for us to understand this is a celebration of life. The time we were blessed with we knew a good person, a loving son, a kind grandson, a special brother, a lovable nephew and a great friend.Surviving are brother, Matthew Wagner, sisters, Holly Cambric, Joy Tossell and Jena Tyson.
