Larry Gordon Turner, age 84, of Idyllwild, California passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2024. Larry was born in Los Angeles, California and was raised in Gardena. He was the son of the late Kenneth Gordon Turner and the late Emelia (Bois) Turner. He was preceded in death by his brother, Keith Turner. Larry was very proud to serve our country in the Navy following in his dad's footsteps. Larry retired from Arrowhead Water Company after 30 years
He is survived by his loving wife Linda Diane Turner after 44 years of marriage Larry and Linda finished raising their children in Tustin and retired to his beloved village of Idyllwild. He has also left behind his 5 children, Kevin Turner, Brett Oglesbee, Sherrie Wesley, Brian Oglesbee and Chris Turner. He is also survived by his sister Sheila Younkin, seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Larry touched many people in his life, with his charm, humor, kindness, and positive outlook on life. Larry was always there to lend a helping hand to his family, many friends, or anyone in need. He is dearly missed.
