Leslie Ellen Stuppy

Born March 18, 1922 in Benton Harbor, Mich., to Lester and Kittie Stiles.

Passed on to be reunited with her predeceased husband Charles and daughter Christine, July 22, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. at Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla, Calif., surrounded by her loved ones.

Leslie lived a beautiful, long and remarkably healthy life of 94 years. She is survived by her daughter Jane (Greg) Horn and her sons Robert (Marisa) Stuppy and Charles (Marlene) Stuppy. Leslie will be lovingly remembered by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Enjoyed spending her days knitting, playing cards, working crossword puzzles, reading books and as of late, coloring. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She had a passion for handwriting letters and notes to her loved ones. She found joy in cooking meals, baking, spending time in the kitchen and taking care of others.
