He was born Sunday, July 26, 1953 in Los Angeles, California , he was the son of the late Leo Gutierrez and the late Alice Frias Gutierrez.
"Uncle Buck" as Louis was sometimes called loved to joke and make people laugh. He was very well known in the Norwalk area where he liked to shop and go bowling. Louis had 3 dogs that were like his children to him. His family remembers him as a very generous man, someone who really would give you the shirt off his back if you needed one. Even in death he cared about people, he donated his tissue to help others.
Surviving are sister, Debbie Alvarado and many friends. He will be greatly missed.
