Mr. Louis Jenkins Jr., was born on August 13, 1955 in Hollandale, Mississippi to Lula Mae Rogers and Louis Jenkins. He grew up in Chicago, IL. where his mother met and married Smitty Johnson. Louis was raised with brothers, Elliot & Andre and sister, Gwen. He joined the U.S.M.C in 1974 and served Honorably until September 1, 1994 where he retired. Louis joined Frances Spears into Holy Matrimony on April 29, 1978. After retiring from the Marine Corps, Louis was a U.S. Postal Service as a Custodian until April 2015.
Louis was a resident of California from 1976 until his passing. Louis & Frances raised their 5 children in Oceanside, CA., & Alameda, CA. Oldest son, Michael Coleman preceded him in death on June 22, 1986. Louis & family relocated to Hemet, CA., in June 2015. Louis transitioned into eternal life on November 28, 2017. And leaves to m mourn his memory, his wife Frances, daughters Bryana & Dominique, sons; Fabian, Ryan, Lavar and Jarred, his granddaughter Julissa Marie, his mother, sister, 2 brothers, 3 aunts and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.
