Marion Louise Reisner, age 100, passed away on Tuesday, January 1, 2013, in Hemet, CA. She was born on Wednesday, August 28, 1912 in Chicago, IL to Louis J Sveck and Louise B. Stade. Marion was preceded in death by her husband, Max L. Reisner in 1998, her daughter, Janet L. Reisner-Zwerg in 1999, and her grandson, Andrew Parchert in 2002. She is survived by her son, Allan N. Reisner of Malibu, CA, her grandchildren, Pamela Zwerg-Doyle of Biloxi, MS, Daniel Zwerg of Ocean Springs, MS, Russell Zwerg of Fort Worth, TX, Kristin Parchert-McGregor of Brandon, MS, Karen Reisner-Ruiz of Sanford, NC, and Linda Reisner-Frankforter of Long Beach, CA, and 20 great-grandchildren.
Marion and Max moved to Hemet, CA in 1971 from the Chicago area where Marion was active in Garden Clubs and was a state flower arranging judge. In Hemet she was an ardent bridge player, enjoyed walking for exercise and served as a volunteer at the Hemet Valley Medical Center.
She was a kind and loving person who will be missed by all.
