

Patsy Naylor departed for Heaven on September 03, 2016 at Brookdale Sunwest in Hemet, CA. She was born Patsy Lois Nittskoff on November 11, 1936 in Cleveland Ohio, the daughter of William Nittskoff and Betty C. Nittskoff. She graduated from Laurel School in Beachwood, Ohio and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio Wesleyan University. She taught 4th grade in Lakewood, Ohio until she married Thomas H. Naylor and moved to his hometown of Baltimore, MD in 1966. They settled in San Dimas, California in 1973, and Patsy taught in the Covina School District for many years. They were active members of Glenkirk Church in Glendora where Patsy was a deacon until they moved to Penn Valley, CA in 2002. Patsy was a volunteer chaplain at Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital in Grass Valley, a deacon at Sierra Presbyterian Church in Nevada City, and was active in Friends of Hospice. They moved to Hemet, CA in 2012 to be closer to their children and grandchildren. Her favorite activities were shopping and socializing, and her bright smile and loving heart touched all who knew her. She was preceded to Heaven by her mother Betty, her father William, and her brother Donald J. Nittskoff. She is survived by her husband Tom; her son Scott Naylor and his wife Charlyn and their children Ashley and Robby; and by her daughter Kathryn Kirk and her husband Scott and their children Kaitlyn, Kelsey, and Jacob. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on September 10,2016 at Valley Evangelical Free Church, Hemet, CA.
