Pedro Serrano Zacarias

Pedro Serrano Zacarias, 73 of Romoland, California was born on Sunday, September 26, 1937 in El Paso, Texas, he was the son of Santiago and Guadalupe Zacarias. He was self employed working in construction for many years as a plasterer. Pete, as his family and friends called him had a great since of humor. He was known as a "Jokester". His hobbies included cooking and playing Dominos. On Friday, December 31, 2010, at Menifee Valley Medical Center in Menifee, California Pedro passed away. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother; Santiago Zacarias and two sons, Pedro and Richard Zacarias. He is survived by one son, Paul Zacarias; three daughters, Ana Zacarias, Cristina Lopez and Margarita Zacarias; one sister, Rosalie Villagomez; 43 grand children; 54 great grand children and a host of other family members, friends and faithful pet Shorty.

Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Miller-Jones Mortuary. A Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Sunday, January 9, 2011, at Miller-Jones Sun City Mortuary, 26770 Murrieta Road, Sun City, California. The Rosary Service will begin at 6:00pm. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, January 10, 2011 at St. James Catholic Church located at 260 W. 3rd St. Perris, California 92570. Interment will follow at Perris Valley Cemetery.
