Perma Rose Harris, age 88 of Sun City, California died on Saturday, July 30, 2011. She was born Friday, February 23, 1923 in Patterson, Missouri, the daughter of the late Charlie and Laura Gazway Alcorn.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Harris in 2006.
Perma is survived by her son, James DeSpain; step-son, Denny Harris; sister-in-law, Shirley Layton; brother-in-law, Bob Harris and 6 grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Friday, August 5, 2011 at 9:00 AM with funeral service at 10:00 AM in the Sun City Ward of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 29725 Bradley Road, Sun City. Interment will be in the Riverside National Cemetery.
