Richard's family describes him in this way, "He was a rowdy but fun-loving kid, but he was a good, loving and kind-hearted person. He may have made mistakes along the path of life, but later in his life, he tried to make up for those mistakes. He became a hard-worker and a good member of society. And he will be missed." Richard is survived by his Father, Arvel (Dianna) Bowyer; his Mother, Rebeca Negrete-Flores; his daughter, Atiana Bowyer; brothers, James Bowyer, William Bowyer, and Steven Bowyer; sisters, Sylvia (James) Rowley and Linda (Gustavo) Suarez; along with many other family and friends. Richard will be truly missed by all those who were honored to know him and who loved him.
