He was born on Thursday, March 5, 1931 in Toledo, Ohio, he was the son of the late Joseph Baumgartner and the late Dorothy Snyder Baumgartner. He was the husband of Walaiporn Plitwanon Baumgartner .
He was employed by Los Angele Police Department .
He served as a TSGT in the Marine Corps from 1950 until 1955. He was a Veteran of Korea.
He was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church.
Surviving are sisters, Swerley , Mary Lou and Olson , Judith .
A Funeral Mass will be at 10:00am on Friday January 9, 2020 at St Patrick Catholic Church in Moreno Valley, Ca. Interment will be in Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, CA.
