He was also predeceased by his brother Peter Maligo and his in-laws in love Hans and Annemarie Kirschsieper. Left to mourn is his soul mate and the love of his life Helga Kirschsieper Wolf. They would have celebrated their 49th wedding anniversary in February of 2019.
Forever grieving for him are his children Shawna Michelle Wolf and Kevin Robert Wolf and daughter-in-law Anita Wolf; grandchildren Theodore James Jimenez and fiancée Rachel Seymour, Parker Jordon Jimenez, Brayden Jared Jimenez, Laynie Jayne Jimenez, Alyssa Annemarie Wolf, Kaitlyn Ronay Wolf and Lucas Robert Wolf. Bob considered each spouse as a member of his family and loved each as if they were his own.

Leaving behind in body but not in memory are friends and family in and across Europe and North America. His life and legacy are a blessing to us all...
Bob served our country in the U.S. Army in Vietnam from 1966-1969 as a combat medic; serving with valor and receiving 11 decorations. Always remembering his brothers in the Big Red One, and as they profess, Bob served as a war hero saving countless lives while serving his country in combat. Bob graduated Ramona High School early at an advanced pace. He went to the College of the Desert and
progressed quickly as he challenged courses while aggregating units and credits to earn his degree early.
Bob began his business career as a partner with his father-in-law Hans Kirschsieper with Germania
Construction Corporation. Germania Corporation now rests with the next generation and resides with and under the experienced hands of son Kevin Robert Wolf. Bob spent a lifetime in private business and in
government, assiduously working to craft solutions for the communities in which he served and in which he and his family lived. Bob was considered one of the most innovative minds and was sought out throughout his career to craft solutions to solve the most complicated infrastructure projects across the United States.
