He was a 1973 graduate of Montebello High School. He worked as a Telephone Repairman for Pacific Bell and AT&T and retired after 25+ years of service. Robert enjoyed working with wood and creating beautiful cabinets and other products. He loved to laugh and enjoyed barbeques, listening to music and spending time with friends. Robert is survived by his Daughter Melissa, granddaughter Lucy, brother William and sister Myrene along with many nieces, nephews and cousins. Robert’s interment will be at Rose Hills Mortuary at a date to be determined.
Lee and I have been friends with Bob for 2 and a half years. We met Bob through Cecilia and we became friends rather quickly. We went to the Hemet Historical Theater many Saturday nights to see different tribute bands. We all enjoyed those so much.
We also did a lot of Taco Tuesday 's at different restaurants here in town. Bob was one of the most generous people I have ever known. You could call him any time, day or night for any reason and he would do whatever you needed. Bob and I had a lot of conversations about different things, but he loved talking about his work at the phone company and his daughter and granddaughter. He also loved his 2 cats, Mister Tibbs and Tinker and worried about them constantly. He had such a loving and kind heart. Always thinking of others. We will surely miss him and so sad he has gone way too soon. Bob was a Christian and loved our church and loved the Lord so I know he is celebrating with his cousin Randy whom I'm sure met him at heaven's gate with open arms. It's so reassuring that he has no more pain and is walking down those streets of gold. Until we meet again Bob, rest in peace our friend.

Bob had a good heart. He was very generous with everyone, he was always saying how much he loved his daughter he said it all the time and he was so happy to be a grandpa.
He loved his happy hour, and going every Tuesday for taco’s. He will be missed…
