Ron Springer, 73 of Hemet, California passed away on Tuesday, January 10, 2017. He was born on Wednesday, June 23, 1943 in Wichita, Kansas, to Wallace and Dorothy Springer. Ron is survived by his two children, Rodney Springer and Shellee Fitch, one brother, Kirby (Pam) Springer, one sister, Lana (Gary) Hope, three grandchildren, his father, Wallace, and his devoted caretaker, Lisa Pinkney.
Ron was a flamboyant man who lived life with all he had. He had a big heart, and never met a person who didn't become his friend. Ron served our country honorably in the US Navy at the San Diego Naval Station from 1964 to 1968 where he served as a photographer. In the following years, Ron was an active volunteer for the Republican Party, registering people to vote, and volunteered training dogs. Ron also loved to act, gaining roles in various productions as an extra, and loved to fly.
Ron was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by everyone who had the honor of knowing him.
