Rosalinda Suarez Ahmad , 56 passed away on Thursday, August 30, 2012, with her family by her side in Loma Linda, California. She was born in East Chicago, Indiana and resided in McAllen, Texas prior to serving in the United States Air Force and retiring with the United States Army Reserve. Rosalinda graduated from Crafton Hills College with an Associate of Arts Degree in 1989. She worked for the State of California; California State Compensation Insurance Fund, California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection and Employment Development Department. She is survived by her husband Abdul R. Ahmad, daughters: Angela and Sonia Maldonado, grandchildren; Micah, Alyssa, Moses and Mark, Father and stepmother; Rosalin and Avida Suarez; loving brothers; Ricardo, Juan and Enrique. She was preceded in death by her mother Maria and brother Rosalin Jr. She was a Christian and for the past several years, her focus was for the care and support of her loving grandchildren. Rosalinda was loved by many and will be missed.
