Sharon Ann Dowd, 62 of Hemet, California passed away on Wednesday, November 28, 2018, at Hemet Valley Medical Center in Hemet, California. She was born Monday, May 21, 1956 to the late Charles and Helen Rivers. She was married to the love of her life, Raymond Dowd for 21 wonderful years. Sharon loved to do crafting at home and share her talents with family and friends. She was very creative and made beautiful things for birthdays and holidays. Sharon was selfless, an Air Force wife making some sacrifices, an outspoken woman when needed but so genuine, loving with unmatched willingness to give to others. Sharon loved to be with and care for her grandchildren. She will be missed by those who knew her and loved her. Surviving is her husband Raymond Dowd, sons David Merriman and his wife LeAnn and Chris Jenkins; daughter Trayce Bauer and her husband Scott; brother Chuck Rivers and his wife Teri; four grandchildren. Internment will be in Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, San Diego, CA. on a date and time in the future.
