Soledad Hernandez Guzman

Soledad Hernandez Guzman, 71 of Hemet, California passed away on Thursday, January 21, 2016, at home surrounded by family and friends. She was born on Tuesday, February 1, 1944, and was the daughter of the late Manuel and Catalina " Banda " Hernandez. She was married to the love of her life Arturo Guzman for 47 years. Soledad was a very loving and caring person. She loved gardening, planting and trimming flowers at home. Soledad was an excellent cook and when there was a request for a dish, it was her specialty. Soledad helped raise her grandchildren and loved them all dearly. She loved to shop for shoes and cosmetics. Her favorite foods were watermelon , coffee and chocolate. Her family describes her as affectionate, loving and was always seeing the positives in her family and friends. Surviving is her husband Arturo Guzman, sons, Arturo Guzman and his wife Maria, Carlos Guzman and Gabriel Guzman, daughters, Diana Gregg and her husband Bill, Juana Jones and her husband Coby, and Claudia Baez and her husband Juan, brothers, Manuel Hernandez, Juan Hernandez and his wife Guadalupe, and Valente Hernandez and his wife Griselda, sisters, Patricia Garcia and Lucy Martinez. 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
