Virginia Catherine Currie, age 97 of Sun City, California died on Tuesday, March 22, 2011, at Golden Years Board and Care in Wildomar, California. She was born Thursday, July 3, 1913 in Los Angeles, California to James and Lela Starkey.
She is survived by two sons, John H. Cleghorn and James T. Cleghorn; one step-daughter, Linda Evans; one brother, James Starkey; 5 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Wednesday, March 30, 2011. A funeral service will follow at 12:00 PM in the Miller-Jones Sun City Chapel.
