Virginia Francis LeVasseur, 84, passed away at Pomona Health & Wellness Center on Oct. 18, 2014 after a long fight with Alzheimer’s and dementia. She was born in St. Paul, MN- the only child of Helen and Raymond Bradford. Virginia worked for Placentia Unified School District for over 20 years and retired in Dec. 1986.
She loved playing Bunco, getting together with friends to play cards, and looked forward to going to church. She was a devout Catholic. Virginia was also a member of the Elks Ladies of Lake Elsinore/Wildomar Elks Lodge #2591, and the Shady Ladies Red Hat Society.
Originally from Orange County, she lived in numerous Riverside County cities with her final address in Upland, CA.
Virginia was married three times. Preceded in death by Tom Whitelaw, Manferd Flack, and Rich LeVasseur, Virginia will be reunited in Heaven with her daughter, Carol Lynn Whitelaw. She is survived by Kellie Lynn Whitelaw-Ruebsamen, Diane June, and four grandchildren.
