

Born Saturday, April 4, 1931 in New York, New York, he was the son of the late Sidney and Grace Fogarty.
William served in the U.S. Navy and met his wife, Martina "Que", while stationed in Trinidad and Tobago. Following his time in the service, he spent 30 years as a program manager in the Aerospace industry.
William loved the water and he had a passion for sailing, he loved to take his family out on his boat to Catalina Island on the weekends. He also loved to swim and bodysurf in the ocean. He enjoyed kayaking in the lakes around Hemet and flying Ultralights.
He and Que enjoyed travelling together and taking cruises to Hawaii. When he wasn't sailing or flying, he enjoyed tennis and reading Stephen King novels.
Surviving are his wife, Que Fogarty, son, Glenn Fogarty, daughter Jennifer Phillips, grandchildren, Katherine, Scott and Kelsi Phillips, brother-in-law John "Ted" Butler and his 8 children.
William is preceded by his sister Ellen Butler and son-in-law Keith Phillips.
Services will be held on Saturday, Dec. 2 at 11 a.m. at the Miller-Jones Mortuary in San Jacinto located at 165 W. 7th Street, San Jacinto. Interment will be in Riverside National Cemetery,
