William Chappell, 92 of Canyon Lake, California passed away on Sunday, September 4, 2016, at Sunrise Assisted Living in La Palma, California.
He was born Sunday, August 10, 1924 in Toronto, he was the son of the late Frederick Chappell and the late Jessie Hebdon Chappell. He was the husband of Patricia Ramsey Chappell.
