Avis de décès de Brian James Crossley
AUX SOINS DE

Palm Boulder Highway Mortuary & Cemetery

Brian James Crossley, age 64, of Henderson, Nevada, passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side, on Sunday, October 11, 2020. He was born January 30, 1956 in in Chelan Washington. He attended Point Loma Nazarene University and Central Washington University where he majored in Business and played Baseball. His father Wes, played professionally both as an athlete and as an umpire and passed down the love for baseball to Brian. Brian’s most favorite childhood memories are of going to baseball games with his Dad.

Baseball wasn’t the only thing his dad passed onto him, but also the enjoyment of the Casino! Brian was an avid Keno player and loved passing the time with his wife, father, and mother at the Casino. He loved teaching anyone who would listen the tricks and tips of the game. He often never came out empty handed-thought it was more often than not breaking even his $5 bet.

The things that gave Brian the most joy was watching his children and grandchildren grow up and accomplish their dreams as well as watching and playing sports and traveling both land and sea with his wife. He loved golf! Brian enjoyed playing it on many different gold courses around the United States, enjoyed watching every Open on TV, and even got to attend the British Open in Scotland with his son-in-law. He loved visiting his daughter and her family in London, and enjoyed experience everything that British culture had to offer.

Brian loved to laugh, dream, play, support, and love his family and friends unconditionally. Whenever he was in a room it would light up with love and positive energy that was infectious. He loved his wife so much and showed her unconditional love up until his last breath. Brian fought for her everyday and every second to be able to have as much time as he could with her, to continue to travel the world and sea with her. In his last months, Brian enjoyed Face Timing with his cousin, Mark; daughter, Sara; and other family members and friends, as well as dedicating his life to Christ, through the help of his dear friend, Buell. His family and friends are going to miss him very much.

Brian was preceded in death by his father, Wesley; brother, Kevin; and son, Drew Crossley. He is survived by his wife, Kimberly; mother, Marcella; sister, Mary; two children: Jason (wife, Angie) Crossley and Sara (husband, Richard) Weeks; and three grandchildren: Kaitlynn and Dylan Crossley and Archer Weeks.

Though this may feel like goodbye, it’s actually just see you later. A Celebration of Life will be held in the summer 2021.
