David Steven Holmes, of Las Vegas, passed away Sunday January 11, 2015 peacefully in his own home. He was a loving father, brother, uncle and grandfather. David was an excellent jet boat builder and mechanic. He had a passion for racing boats, cars and anything that went fast. He is survived by his loyal wife, Gail of 27 years; his brothers, Billy, Howard and Ricky Holmes, his daughter, Carolyn Ernest, his son, Steven Holmes and his grandchildren, Destry and Cameryn Kruger. No services will be held per the request of David. Any condolences can be sent directly to the family.
