She met and married Kevin Deitz, on August 18, 1989. Deba had a career in nursing and was a charge nurse for 50 years, she worked 17 years at Valley Hospital, 15 years at Fremont Medical, and UMC Quick Care for 18 years and had a passion for Disney, the ocean, and traveling anywhere from the heat, and taking DVC Family Vacations.
She is preceded in death by her father John Seayrs and mother Anna Seayrs. She is survived by husband Kevin Dietz, son Colin Johnson, daughter Ginger Peterson, grandsons Drew Peterson and Nicolae Hussey, and her brother in New Jersey; Paul Seayrs.
Services will be held on February 27, 2026 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 801 Arrowhead Trail Henderson, Nevada 89002. The viewing will be from 10AM to 11AM, service from 11AM to 12PM, and a graveside service to follow at Palm Henderson Cemetery, 800 S. Boulder Highway Henderson, Nevada 89015.
