Delia David Patio

Delia David Patio, age 58, of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away on Friday, November 10, 2023. Delia was born the second youngest of 12 children in Angeles City, Philippines to her parents Escolastico Patio and Josefa David. Raised in the Philippines, Delia graduated from High School and went on study chemical engineering for the next couple of years. In the 1980's, she chose a different path in life and relocated to Southern Nevada in the United States.

After migrating to Southern Nevada, Delia went to work as a change person within the hotel and casino industry. Due to her strong work ethic and dedication, she worked her way up to a management position within the soft and hard count department, a position she held until her passing.

Delia was the type of Aunt who enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews. She enjoyed cooking and feeding them and taking them places. She also attending family gatherings where she would spend time with her large family. She will truly be missed.

Delia was preceded in death by her father, Escolastico Patio; her mother, Josefa Patio; and her brother, Perlito Patio. She is survived by her daughter, Abigail Patio Nabong; her siblings: Carmelita Garvey (Richard),Florinda Quina (Elias), Francesita Sayo (Ernesto), Romeo Patio (Aurora), Merly Justice (John), Wilson Patio (Julie), Danny Patio (Nenita), Mila Cropper (Carl), Amalia Mie Arceo (Javier Bing Arceo) and Elison Patio (Jocelyn); her sister-in-law Elizabeth Patio; and her extended family.

An extended visitation for Delia will be held Thursday, November 30, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Visitation with prayers will be on Friday, December 1, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, both at Palm Boulder Highway Mortuary, 800 South Boulder Highway, Henderson, NV 89015. Delia will be laid to rest following visitation at the Palm Henderson Cemetery in Henderson, Nevada.
